The Center provides comprehensive, on-site training services using the nationally recognized CORE training curriculum developed by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA).  Our school-delivered training services reduce travel costs and staffing logistics required for attending off-site workshops.  And delivering the training directly on campus allows us to customize each presentation to focus on a school’s particular needs and interests.  For example, your staff may need specialized training on topics such as professional judgment, satisfactory academic progress, cash management, managing overawards, or determining loan eligibility.  Regardless of the subject area, our experienced training staff can tailor the curriculum to meet your immediate needs.  The Center also provides advanced training for senior-level financial aid professionals on a full range of operational management topics.

With each training program, we include ExamBuilder, a web-based pre- and post-assessment learning tool.  ExamBuilder not only provides an assessment for the overall training, but all participants receive a detailed report on their individual results pointing out areas where they may need to strengthen their financial aid skills.
