Overview
Tor provides technical support for ECG’s system operations, security infrastructure, network maintenance, and software development. As a key member of the ECGIT team, he helps keep all of the company’s data secure and provides a wide range of technical support services to ECG employees, business partners, and clients.
Key ECG Accomplishments & Skills
Tor joined ECG in 2006. His primary accomplishments since joining the company include:
| • | Installed, configured, and customized SharePoint farm (including customer relationship management system), DotNetNuke content management system, time tracking system, help desk, job board, data analysis tool, commerce solution, ECG and client web sites, RSS feeds. |
| • | Designed and developed web sites for ECG and The Center for Financial Aid Management. Created and edited graphics and Flash files. |
| • | Developed policies & procedures manual service integrated with SharePoint, single login solution, webinar registration tool, inventory control system, marketing email templates. |
| • | Assisted in software evaluations, deployments, and migrations for ECG and its clients. |

Additional Experience
Prior to joining ECG, Tor worked as an independent web developer, designing and maintaining websites on both Windows and Linux servers. He also installed, configured, and customized discussion forums, content management systems, and a social networking application; and he developed an online multilingual dictionary, web page editor, photo album, and reporting tool for system administrators.
