Scott applies his student accounts background and Banner expertise to assist ECG clients with improving their financial aid and student accounts operations.
Key Experience and Skills
During his 15-year tenure at St. John Fisher College, Scott held positions as fiscal manager, loan administrator, and associate bursar. In these roles, Scott was responsible for:
| • | Managing the receipt and disbursement of payments. |
| • | Creating and maintaining the bursar's website. |
| • | Tracking and reconciling student loan records and petty cash funds. |
| • | Managing the disbursement and returns of grant and loan funds. |
| • | Supervising and training professional staff. |
| • | Participating in multiple work teams for Banner Users Group, Administrative Technology and the Banner Student Work Team. |
Highlights of Accomplishments
Scott's many accomplishments since joining ECG in 2007 include:
| • | Developed training materials and led cash management training sessions for financial aid and student accounts staff. |
| • | Created student accounts office policies and procedures manual. |
| • | Served as interim director of student accounts at a large private university. |
| • | Assisted in Banner implementation (accounts receivable functions). |
| • | Developed an extensive website plan for a student accounts office. |
