Legislative changes covering the student loan industry now require schools to take even greater measures to ensure transparency and full disclosure when developing a list of recommended lenders.  Our Lender Scorecard service provides structure (i.e., templates and procedures) for developing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the selection of lenders.  This service also features tools to guide the school from development of the RFI/RFP through implementation of a coherent student loan delivery process, ensuring a consistent approach to lender selection that meets Department of Education guidelines.

The Lender Scorecard service will help schools research and collect information for their Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) programs and private loan programs.  Schools will receive a detailed project plan to guide them through the entire selection process, ensuring that their selection is executed carefully, with rigorous procedures and documentation, and while maintaining the highest level of transparency.  The Center provides the overall support to design, execute, and collect all the information schools need to determine student loan providers offering the best programs for their students.
