Overview
With nearly ten years of experience as a financial director, Robert uses his analytical, customer service, and leadership skills to help ECG clients effectively manage their financial aid operations.
Previous Experience and Skills
Prior to joining ECG in 2010, Robert was the director of financial aid at Harrisburg Area Community College (PA), where he managed a $600,000 department budget and provided services to over 20,000 students. He also led a team of six full-time and three part-time financial aid professionals, and ensured consistency in policies and procedures in the department.
His additional experience in higher education includes the following positions:

Robert has relevant computer skills using Banner and EDExpress, as well as several other software programs.

Throughout his financial aid career, Robert has applied a keen understanding of accounting concepts to his positions. Upon receiving his master of business administration degree, he had earned a 3.917 GPA.
